I feel like there are a few contradictory things. For instance there was something that said imaging can sometimes be bad because individuals can have degenerated discs as they age but then there was a challenge that said to make sure you gave a proper diagnosis. Or another thing said to not ruminate on your pain and then there’s a pain tracking feature.
I love the meditations and I listen to them nightly. They help me fall asleep. The meditation of visualizing your body performing tasks without pain resonated with me.

Moderator AdminHi Nadia, thanks for this valuable feedback! You're right, and we've made some adjustments. The challenge you mention now includes this:
"Warning: If you're getting a scan (X-Ray, MRI, etc), be aware that many so called abnormalities (such as herniated discs) are actually present in large portions of the pain-free population. If your doctor points to something 'wrong', be sure to ask if people can have that abnormality but still be pain-free. Play our session 'The Truth on MRI Scan' for more" -

Moderator AdminWe're also adding this note to our pain tracking feature:
"Please use our pain tracking feature with care. It's important not to obsess about your pain levels, as this hyper-vigilance makes pain worse.
When used mindfully, pain tracking can be very useful for you and your medical professional to help identity trends and progress."
Please let us know if you spot anything else, and delighted you like our meditations.
Thank you - Sandip
