Since pathways moved to videos, many lessons cannot be played on my phone even when I am on Wi-fi. There should be an audio only option to prevent buffering issues. I only have problems with pathways videos - not YouTube, Netflix etc.

Moderator AdminThanks for the valuable suggestion Faubo. Our dev team is investigating why videos don't load in some circumstances, even though as you state you have good network. We'll also be adding a automatic retry for videos that are taking a long time to load.
If videos did play without issue, would an audio only option still be useful?
